1. Open Lark and find @BOT_NAME_PLACEHOLDERBOT.
2. Start a 1:1 chat with the bot.
3. Send /help to see available commands.
4. To send files, use the attach button or drag-and-drop them into chat.

1. Open the group and choose “Add members”.
2. Search for @BOT_NAME_PLACEHOLDERBOT and add it.
3. Make sure to give it message & file permissions if prompted.
4. Use mentions when calling commands in group chats.

Commands can be used both in private or group chat:

• /help — show available commands.
• /clear — reset the conversation or clear cache.
• /ping — check if the bot is alive.

Examples:

Private: /help Group: @BOT_NAME_PLACEHOLDER /ping

1. Open the bot chat or group.
2. Attach or drag-and-drop the file to send.
3. Accepted types: PDF, DOCX, images, archives.
4. Bot will respond or process the file depending on its feature set.
